No. This model has a fixed wattage (shown in the product name) and a fixed 5000K color temperature. For a different light level, choose another wattage in this line: we offer 80W, 200W and 240W.
It runs on 120-277V, which covers 120V, 208V, 240V and 277V. It must not be connected to 480V. For 480V service, choose our 480V 240W UFO high bay.
Either. It comes with a heavy-duty hook built in, so you can hang it from a chain, cable or ceiling hook; tighten the locking screw across the hook opening so the fixture can't slip off. To mount it directly to a ceiling, wall or beam, add the Mounting Bracket. It's a U-shaped bracket that bolts to both sides of the light and screws to the surface through the slots in its base. The pivots on each side let you tilt the light to aim it, for example at racks, a wall or a work area. With the Emergency Backup, the light mounts under the backup unit instead.
Both plug into the sensor port at the center of the lens, with no extra wiring, and turn the light on when someone enters and off when the area is empty. • Microwave: very sensitive and covers a wide area, picking up even small movements. Best for large open spaces such as open warehouse floors, gyms and loading areas. It can pick up motion through thin partitions, so it may also respond to movement in a neighboring aisle. • PIR: detects body heat moving in its line of sight, so it won't trigger through racks, walls or doors. Best for aisles, storage zones and areas where you want each light to respond only to its own space.
If the power goes out, the Emergency Backup switches the high bay to battery power and keeps it lit for 90 minutes, at reduced output, so people can find exits safely. It's UL 924 listed for emergency lighting. It works whether the light is on a wall switch, dimmer, motion sensor or runs 24 hours. To keep it code-ready, press the test switch for a quick check every 30 days and run a full 90-minute test once a year.
It mounts between the ceiling and the light. Hang the Emergency Backup from a chain using the ring bolt on top. The high bay then attaches directly underneath it on a short threaded rod, in place of the fixture's hook. Allow about 11" of extra drop and about 7.3 lb of extra weight. • Wiring runs through the unit. The power supply enters through the waterproof connector on top, and the fixture cable runs from the side of the unit down to the high bay. • It needs an unswitched power feed so the battery stays charged when the light is switched off. • Connect the 0-10V dimming wires between the Emergency Backup and the fixture, even if you're not using a dimmer. Emergency mode won't work without them. • Charge it for 24 hours after installation for a full charge (at least 1 hour before a test). • Indoor use only, 41°F to 122°F. It isn't suitable for freezers, cold storage or unheated buildings that drop below 41°F, or near heaters.
Turn off the power. Connect black to line (L), white to neutral (N) and green to ground. The fixture must be grounded. For 0-10V dimming, connect purple to dimmer + (D+) and pink to dimmer – (D–), and cap the red wire. It works with 0-10V dimmers and lighting controls, not standard phase-cut (household) dimmers. With the Emergency Backup, follow its wiring diagram: the fixture is fed from the Emergency Backup's output.
The light itself works in cold and unheated spaces down to –40°F (the Emergency Backup only goes down to 41°F). The upper limit is 113°F, so in buildings where air near the roof gets hotter than that in summer, mount it lower or make sure the space is ventilated. It isn't meant for washdown areas: clean it only with a dry cloth, not water or caustic cleaners.
