American Lighting Systems strives to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Should you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines outlined below:
Return Eligibility
New, uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date. All returns must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resaleable condition.
Authorization Required
All returns must be pre-approved by American Lighting Systems. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the completed RMA form. Items returned without proper authorization will not be accepted.
Condition and Inspection
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount or deny credit if the product is determined not to be in resaleable condition upon inspection.
Shipping & Responsibility
When returning items, please select a shipping carrier that provides tracking services. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, insuring the shipment, and filing any claims for lost or damaged returns.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made products, cannot be returned.

Discontinued and Clearance items are not eligible for return.
