Frequently Asked Questions

Rebate Credits are in-store credits which are earned through qualifying purchases. They can be used toward future purchases with American Lighting Systems.
Credits are issued and become available quarterly. You may use them anytime after they are issued. You will receive a report at the end of each quarter showing how many rebate credits you have. Note: They expire at the end of Q1 for the following year.
Yes. Rebate Credits reset annually and are valid only for in-store purchases. You must use them by the end of Q1 of the following year.
Yes. Rebate Credits can be used on any products on our website, including sale items.
No. Rebate Credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the company that earned them.
We automatically email you a quarterly Rebate Credit report showing your available balance. If you need to know how close you are to a specific tier -simply give us a call!
Yes. Exchanges only are permitted. Once the returned item is received in proper condition, the original credits used will be re-applied to your Rebate Credit account. Exchange Value Policy: Exchanges are handled on a 1:1 value basis. If the replacement item costs more than the original item, the customer is responsible for paying the difference using: Available Rebate Credits, or U.S. currency if no credits are available. If the replacement item costs less, the remaining value will be returned to your Rebate Credit balance. Customers are responsible for any amount exceeding the available Rebate Credits balance.
Store credit will be issued at the end of each quarter. Q1 2026: January 1 – March 31.4 Q2 2026: April 1 – June 30. Q3 2026: July 1 – September 30. Q4 2026: October 1 – December 31.
